Hi guys! You can call me Hades, and I like to make art! I mainly do 2 categories: fan art (mainly Pokemon, One Piece, and Video Game art) and furry art! So, I'm on here to organize my furry art more and share what I'm up to!

Commission TOS:

1.  When you commission/buy a character design/purchase art from me you can absolutely use it anywhere, you have the rights to that character and it's design for any purposes. I don't mind if you resell or trade or anything, that is a-okay. Just please credit me if you're posting the art of the character or anything so people know how to find me if they like the design! [Does not matter to me what you resell for/trade it for/etc. Whether it is a design you have purchased or a commission.]

2. I retain the right to use anything I've drawn as promotional/posted material (either here on FurAffinity, Reddit, Instagram, Ko-Fi, and/or Etsy). HOWEVER I do not mind if you want to request exclusive/non-promotional rights to a piece, please discuss this beforehand and still give credit to me when possible please.

3. Payments are to be made in CAD. This can either be done through my Ko-Fi (preferred), my Etsy (for Canadian residents only- and only some items are offered), as well as through Pay-Pal.

4. I do not offer refunds. When I make art, I am open to discussing if there are small edits you would like done at the end, but that is all.

5. Any YCH I offer is repeatable, meaning that I will re-use it for other people. That is why I am able to offer at a low price! Additionally, I will include free small edits to adjust to make sure it looks similar to your character (for example, hair changes, addition of piercings, etc), but larger edits (for example, changing the species entirely) becomes its own commission and no longer counts as a YCH unfortunately due to the extra time.

6. If sending me a reference for a design, please understand human error can happen, and if anything needs to be adjusted when I send you the final result don't be afraid to mention if I had a marking curved the wrong way or anything! Additionally, if not sending me a reference (asking for a custom design), please be as clear as possible and give as much detail as you can for anything you want to have done a specific way.

7. Payment is always due upfront.

8. Finally, just be nice please. Although I love to draw and I am more than happy to work on my commissions and art pieces at a somewhat quick rate, I cannot always guarantee timelines. I draw commissions, I run an Etsy store along with vending at markets, I am a student, and I have disabilities. I will always work at my best pace but please understand that delays can happen. I will always push for clear and frequently updated timelines, but please be patient <3
