Hati is a Pomeranian with a confused and muddled background as any could wish. She was raised in a family of wolves, picked up from a distant friend's family when her family passed away. She was raised among creatures two feet taller than she was and aggressive as can be, but she tried to fit in with the pack and stood her own despite her diminutive size. As she grew older she pulled away from the wolves that had raised her, shunning the idea of sticking with the 'pack' and set her sights on a new goal. She wanted to join up with the Northern Guard and become one of the famed runners that took supplies and weapons between the fort. The roll is traditionally held by malamutes, huskies and other hardy northern breeds, but she refuses to allow that to stop her, convinced if she just tries hard enough she will one day don the bright red harness and uniform of a courier. That is... of course... Until her path brushes with a phoenix gryphon and the odd couple is born.
