☆I reserve my right to refuse to accept or complete a commission for any reason, be it personal (if I am uncomfortable with what has been requested), or related to my TOS (if it breaks any of the TOS established).
☆I will not, under any circumstance, accept or complete a commission that includes mature or adult themes (including showing any genitalia) for someone who is under 18 years of age. If I find out that a client of mine is a minor after them having told me otherwise, that client will be banned and blacklisted from commissioning me.
☆I have the right to utilize the completed or uncompleted commissions for advertisement purposes in any site of my choosing.
☆My prices are what they are, and they are not to be negotiated or modified upon request.
☆In order for me to accept a commission, I will need a graphic (picture) reference of the character requested for the commission. This means the character must be clearly depicted in the picture, with all the markings (that the client wants drawn) clearly shown. I will not accept written descriptions as a reference for the character requested.
☆Payments are upfront, and I will not start on the commission until I have received the full agreed amount.
☆If, after the commission is finished, the client wishes for a small or light change to the drawing (marking placement/color, small section color, minor elements placement/color), it can be arranged for no extra cost. If I consider the change to be major, a small fee will be charged for the change.
