Summing up some loose ends.
Well, I figured I could do with tying up some loose ends so I could see which way I can take things. The first thing that needs tying up is the comic idea I had. I haven't forgotten about it, but with work taking up most of my week and being tired just a bit too much of the time drawing a comic isn't going to happen. So, I'm going to focus on something else to draw. I'll get to that a bit further on.
The second loose end. The learning list. This is going to take a step back. I don't draw as much as I did before getting a job, so I need to take this step back to basics. So I'm going to be using a pencil and paper more often. There's a few things I'd like to work out how to draw before a lot of stuff on that list.
The last loose end is me just doing nothing. This is due in large part, because I am tired after work, but I want to enjoy my evenings. Being creative is not great fun when you're tired. So I need to find time to draw when I'm not so tired. That means before 9pm on a work night and during the weekend days. So if any of you see me online on skype or a forum or something, somehow..., feel free to TELL me to go draw something. I won't bite or bark. The worst you'll get is a lengthy explanation of why I can't/won't draw something then. Otherwise I'll go draw something.
So, now the ends are tied up, what am I going to do with them. Well, they all point at draw something. Something from the basics. Something that I want to get done that I can get done. Something that is missing. That something is.....
my fursona.
If you haven't noticed my 'sona has one picture. That picture is not a good one. I was happy when I made it, but now I'm looking at it and thinking I could have done better. However, I did learn a few things doing that draw. So, back to a pencil and paper for my 'sona.
