Please read before buying! Terms, returns, & shipping

Before placing any orders please read. Any answers you may have before or after ordering may be answered already below. If there are any issues or questions on an order not touched on below or believed to be different please message us.
Products: All of our products as of august 2015 are made entirely by us. This includes sculpting, casting, sanding, and preping. All orders are different so we will not have a stock of premade items or a very limited stock. We prefer to make items to the customers specification. In the future we are planning on selling items not made by ourselfs such as fur and other costuming products but this has not been set in motion and we will update our media outlets (facebook, this site, twitter ect) when this changes.
Shipping and processing time: Most of our products are made per order because of this TIME FROM ORDERING TO SHIPMENT CAN VARY BETWEEN 3 DAYS TO 2 MONTHS. Please keep this in mind when placeing an order. Any large orders, complicated orders, or rush orders need to be messaged to us before you order. This is so we can be sure we have enough on hand to fill it out or if it is possible to complete (for custom color and design jobs), rush orders will also receive a charge added for fast deliver. We ship our products via USPS. Shipping is estimated by the general weight of each product and size on this website. Domestic U.S. shipping is shipped priority. International shipping will be first class. We generally will not send you a direct message once an item ships or take a picture or your package/ receipt but we will if specifically asked. your shipping information will update on this website and if your shipment has tracking it will be available to view. Additional shipping requirements can be made, it really is no problem just tell us how you would like to ship and paid additional fees if needed.
Returns or Issues with an order: Sometimes it may happen that something you order is not what you wanted or what you expected, we understand this. Returns will be dealt with case by case but if an item you order comes broken, wrong color, wrong item, or missing anything we will refund the item (full price for item and shipping for initial purchase) or send out the correct item to you (shipped free). We will only accept a return or refund after 2 weeks, after this we will deal with each case based on the situation. We will NOT accept returns or refunds on items purposefully damaged, a custom designed item or a item purchased at a discount or "AS-IS" situation, unless they are shipped to you and arrive with damage not previously discussed. If an item is damaged in transit we will also work with the customer to get a refund or complain to the postal service.
Cancelled orders or refusal to work with a customer: Idle Hands will NEVER deny service to anyone based on sexual identification, race, gender or any type of personal belief. However, we will cancel any commision or order if a customer becomes threatening, unessicarily rude (not including complaints we can and will handle all complaints on a proffesional level), or anyone entirely unreasonable with their wishes. This will not be without warning to the cutomer.
Privacy: We are a private owned business and will never sell any information to another individual.We want you to feel safe using our site. All orders can only be seen by our webstaff and no credit/debit card information can be seen by us when ordering (Credit cards are for the WEBST0RE ONLY! Please Do NOT Tell us your Personal information.) Names of a customer will never be shared outside of our business without consent or addresses. Names of individuals will only be shared if they become threatening to us or individuals or are believed to be a scammer. This will only happen after warning to the individual.
Shipping information
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items Damaged on purpose will not be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. united states adresses will be shipped priority and all other countries will be shipped first class. First class does not include tracking.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
