1. You the Client are aware that the artist is not responsible for what is done with the piece of work or works created by the Artist. The artist will not take any responsibility for any injuries or situations that are performed while using said work created by the artist.
2. You the Client is aware that any alterations done to the product without consulting the artist, and obtaining permission to do said alterations. Will ensure that any warranty that was on said product will be voided.
3. You the Client understand that i may not do any copy righted characters in my work without written permission from the owner, or that you ARE the owner and withhold the copyright to that character.
4. You the Client are aware that a 33% deposit is required to hold a slot of any products that cost more than 200$, the initial 33% is not refundable after it has been sent, and anything under 200$ must be paid in full, If the Client issues a cancellation, 33% of the payment will not be refunded if materials have already been ordered. After a Full year and the slot has not been paid in full, The slot will be nulled and the initial 33% cannot and will not be refunded. Once proper payment has been received, will the artist begin creating the work. WIPs will be sent upon request, however this will be limited to 3 times within the period of time.
5. You the client is aware that you may request a specific date you would like your work done by, but it will not be a guaranteed done by said time. Deadlines are more of a guideline for said artist to work by.
6. You the client is aware that discounts will not be given, unless offered by the Artist specifically for said time and for what it is for.
7. Refunds and Cancellations: The initial 33% cannot be refunded, and if the project has already been started, it will be continued into something else and then sold through auction.
8. The Artist is not responsible for any damages caused by Work/s and/or other products, including third-party products. The Artist is also not responsible for any damages of any product/s during and after shipping.
9. The artist twill provide an estimated completion date. If a delay occurs, the artist will inform the Client, and if the commission must be canceled by the Artist, the Artist will issue a full refund.
10. These terms are available to change, and once the first payment has been sent to the artist, these terms come into effect. It is the Client's responsibility to read over these terms and understand them before commissioning the Artist. The Client is responsible for anything that is brought up to date within the Terms of Sale.
