If you tag your stuff with Penis and Milking, you're bombarding me with Dudes getting their cocks milked when i want LACTATION stuff searching the Milking keyword.
I like guys, but specifically guys that look like girls. you can call my "gy"nophilic (hue hue).
If you see the majority of male milking content you'll notice its almost exclusively the biggest buffest dudes being the main subject which you can imagine is off-putting for people in my camp.
Furthermore for the sake of fairness this makes an issue for fully gay men who like cock milking but don't want to see breast milking at all.
Needless to say that's not fair for either of us.

This applies to every single topic with an applicable keyword. Those who can't stomach one kink tangentially related to their own might just avoid searching for that keyword altogether for their own peace of mind. Artists they would like get less traffic, and the viewer is left ignorant to content they would adore, all because tags are not being used as tags.

So how do we fix this? The answer lies in but one visit to any Booru derivative imageboard: underscores.

instead of tagging our works per word, full statements and terms should have the '_' underscore symbol (Shift+NumberBarMinus) to make it all one cohesive tag with a unique identity from the singular words its comprised of.
so rather than tagging your stuff as "penis" then "milking" then "muscular" then "male" then "pec",
you should be tagging your post like so:

penis_milking
muscular_male
pec_milking

Again, this isn't just so I can blacklist potentially half your gallery although that is absolutely my intention.
its also to help you to actually garner the audience you're catering to.
So for the love of god, pretend the underscore key is the space bar, and pretend the space bar is the enter key. Content Curation is how sites become more palatable, safer, and used.

And for the love of god this isn't tumblr. Use tags as the metadata descriptors they are; Not as a second blurb box.
