So a few people have made mentions about how my FA account is pretty empty... Not maliciously, but in the sense of "I know you have drawn a lot more than this, and I would love to see that stuff too". And a big reason for that is that I felt like I should just stick to posting current work. I've been drawing for a long time, and its hard to get out of the mindset of "people should see what I can do NOW, not what I could do five years ago." Not that its not good, but I've picked up a lot more skills over the years that have made my art change for the better. But a big problem is that a lot of my current work is not able to be shown to the public, most of it because they're part of projects that are strictly private until they're ready to be published. So my gallery is full of crickets.

Anyway, the long and short of it is, I've had some good friends be really encouraging about posting my old stuff in addition to my new stuff, and I've decided to take that advice. I'll try to balance it out with new things, so that its not just all new or all old being posted together, but some of the things I'll be posting may look a little different because its older. I'll try to make an effort to post WHEN about the drawing was made if its older, at least posting the year it was made if nothing else, so that its clear to people viewing what is an example of how I used to draw, and what is an example of how I draw now.

Maybe this is a little silly to make a journal about, but its a big shift in mindset for me, so I felt it was a good idea to write about it before I did it lol. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy my art <3
