Zane is a fifteen-year-old grey wolf. In many respects, he's pretty average...decent at school, sort-of athletic, you name it; his background is definitely pretty well-off but he does his best not to have it show. There are, however, two specific quirks:
(1) He's asexual. Personal insert note here. Not interested in girls, not interested in guys. If anything, mildly oblivious. If I ever do a comic where this is relevant, expect a bit of comedy to result.
(2) He's a hopeless, serious adrenaline junkie. There are a lot of "normal" things thrown in there (skydiving, bungee jumping, etc.). However, it does skew into taking life-endangering risks as well (hanging in particular ranks high on this list, but it is far from the only thing on here...basically, if you can pitch something that "sounds dangerous", his ears will perk up and he'll be going over risks, options, and how to make it work ASAP.

NB. For the sake of the mental health of the reader, this last bit manifests a lot more strongly when I place him in a setting where you've got some sort of "RezPlz" system in place (conceptually, Peter F. Hamilton's Commonwealth saga). This is the only place where it's necessary to note he's from a well-off family (since even in such settings, re-lifing and the like is generally not super-cheap).

He's not filthy/stinking rich, but for a reason I have yet to sort out (yes, there's a story in here, I just need to settle on it) he'll take a round of those extreme risks and a probably-necessary resurrection over a trip to Disney World.

Appearance-wise, you can expect him to be dressed pretty normally...jeans and a t-shirt, a hoodie and cargo pants, etc.

Zane first appeared in a commission I did early in my time, a set that was done by Rokte and which is no longer posted on here. The character has, in fact, matured since then, he's rather more fleshed-out, but he still resides clearly on the "dark" end of my spectrum and so he gets his own account that I buffer from the rest of my stuff on here.
