-All art and or adopts are sold AS IS. Unless the piece is customizable, changes will not be made.
-Holds can be made for a maximum of 72 hours, unless otherwise discussed.
-Please credit the adopt and base designer if posting the artwork elsewhere. They will be listed if used.
-Reselling is fine, but not for more than you purchased, unless of course there are additional goodies included.
-You can make changes to species, gender, addons, as you do not alter the piece you purchase from me. You bought it, I don't care what you do with it after that.
-I reserve the right to deny any commissions for any reason, and need not explain why.
-All art will be completed within a timely manner when possible, unless otherwise specified. Deadlines may shift depending on life situations without refund.
-All art sold is for personal use only, and may not be used commercially. Please discuss this prior to purchase if you need commercial use, as this may affect the cost of the artwork, and/or may be against the ToS of others (such as base or pose makers if used.)
-All artist rights are retained, including but not limited to:
The ability of the artist to use the art in promotional work
The ability of the artist to post the art on their personal or business social medias
The ability of the artist to showcase the art to potential buyers as an example/and or display the art in non-commercial ways.
The ability of the artist to create tangible work based off of the art, for personal, not-for-profit use. (I.E creating personal prints, stickers, or gear specifically for the artist)

Itakos Shop:
-Payment: As specified via posting. Cash via paypal. Credits refer to IMVU Credits which will occasionally be accepted.
-For art trades or characters, something roughly the same value.
-Ych's, custom characters, and general art start at $20/30k credits and will go up depending on the number of characters kinds of poses and any non standard difficulty.
-Moodboard/palette/theme adopts start at $8/12k credits, and go up depending on base used.
-Unless previously discussed ** *DO NOT PREPAY ART* ** I will ask for payment after both parties feel that the art is going to be to our satisfaction
