By commissioning me you AGREE to all of the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

1 - Eligibility

By contacting me referring to a commission you represent and warrant to me that:
(a) you are an individual who can form a legally binding contract at law; and
(b) you are at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you contact me​​​​​​.

2 - Minors

I do not provide services to minors.
You must be at least 18 or over to request a commission from me

3 - Provided Characters

I work with characters provided by the buyer.
He has any legal responsibility for the ownership of these characters.

4 - Commission Processes

Contact me at one of my social networks to talk about a commission.
If I accept your request, we will proceed to the payment that has to be made in full amount before I start the commission, after the payment confirmation I will place you on my queue.

Step 1 - SKETCH: I will produce a sketch for your approval (generally the first frame of the animation gif), being allowed up to 3 changes to fit it in your vision. Depending on the complexity of the change an extra fee may be applied, so try to be assertive while explaining what you want. The moment the sketch is approved I go to the next step.

Step 2 - REVISION STEP: In this step, I will update you on the art as it is getting the first line of finalization, here you can follow up and if necessary present small changes to the animation (like details that were not possible to see in the sketch phase), any other modification can be followed by an extra fee depending on the complexity.

Step 3 - FINALIZATION: after passing step two the animation will be completed.

When completed, I will forward the final files to you.

5 - YCH

Be aware that a YCH is an already planned commission where your character will be on a pre-established pose/situation, here you can’t make big changes, only small adjustments, any alteration that represents big modifications will be followed by an extra fee.
The YCH follows the same steps as other commissions.

6 - Payment

Payments need to be made fully in advance, I don’t work with half payment, only full deposits.

The payment method is Paypal only.

Refunds will only be accepted BEFORE THE SKETCH. After that, no refund will be available.

Prices include 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Any major changes after that will be charged extra

7 - Cancelation

In cases of cancelation by the buyer's part:

Before the sketch, I will refund you but the Paypal's tax will be discounted.

After the sketch phase, no refund is possible.

I reserve myself the right to make changes to the art so it loses its connection to the buyer, this way helpingmeto not lose already done work.

In cases of cancelation on my part:

If I cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far.

If I am forced to cancel due to unpleasant customer behavior, no refund will be made. I will not tolerate coercion or harassment from customers under any circumstances.

8 - Use of Commissions

The commissions will be for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless previously specified.

In the case the work is for commercial use, there will be an extra charge.

Crediting me as the creator is not required, but is appreciated!
