So it's been quite some time since my last journal (Wow a whole 7 months!) but I think this one will go in regards to my sister's account as there have been questions coming forward from those who miss her, love her work, and wish to continue seeing it. After a lengthy Skype chat, she had this to say;

None of the admins reply to the appeals and they take only the first part of a message and suspend someone without even seeing the rest of it. So as far as I am concerned, I will remain on dA and the other 2 art sites, where my harassers BS won't be tolerated. I've researched all the rules and regulations regarding both sites and am quite happy with what I have been told and with the answers I have been given.

So I have in all sense of the word, left FA. My tormentors can do a victory dance for this site, but they haven't pushed me off the others and it'll never happen either. I have plenty of people backing me now, and I've gotten smarter when it comes to saving my resources. They may have kicked me down but they didn't kick me out.

[9:01:52 PM] ღƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄ƷKiyiya Howling WolfƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒღ: Yep. On the one site, I contacted the head admin and she was able to tell me that if ANYONE harasses you, it will result in an IP ban. If they breach or evade that ban, it could result in their IPS address being found out and then legal measures being taken. She also said that referenced art, even if it matches up, is STILL allowed on site, as long as you link your resources. And with 99.99% of my resources being stock and from a stock site, she didn't foresee any issues. And a bonus? None of those who were harassing me, are on the 2 sites I found. But we'll see how it goes."

To answer the questions who have asked about Kiyiya. She's doing OK. She recently got over a lung infection that she wasn't aware about because she thought it was her asthma acting up when lone and behold it wasn't. She's recovered quite well and is looking into another job which will pay a bit more.

On a more personal level, if you need to harass someone, or belittle them, or just outright be an ass towards them, then just keep your mouth shut and your fingers off the keys. You're not doing anyone any favors by pushing people off art sites, or constantly getting them suspended. All you're proving is that you're incapable of accepting the truth that you might have a problem with whomever you are targeting. By destroying someone else's finical income, also proves that you are incapable of accepting that, yes, you have a problem, but the issue is this; you're allowing it to get out of hand and to grow to where even you can't control the ensuing shit storm.

So between myself, my husband Jasper and Kiyiya, we have all agreed to monitor her FA page. Any suspicious comments, will be flagged and reported. Demeaning, harassing, or otherwise slanderous comments will also result in the person being reported and then blocked. As it stands, she is in the process of writing up a letter to FA though we doubt it will be read, but it's worth a shot anyways.
