Today I was thinking about calling an ambulance bc inside tremor was so wild I thought I gonna die or blackout. It felt like a nonstop panic attack. Turned out it was an intoxication. A week ago I poisoned myself by mistake and thought I dealt with it. But I didn't know that it damaged my liver. So the whole week the intoxication was piling up. To this point, at the doctor appointment (I thoughtfully reserved thank god), I thought I'll die and I was begging to do something. So now I have a treatment plan and am feeling 100% better after liver-repairing pills (tho I still have a fever, but it will go away at the end of the week).
So the conclusion:
- never ever brush away small symptoms (I only have a slightly high temperature with a little tiredness that I thought was a flu that needs an extra anti-fever drug)
- I will be slow with comms this week =(
