How to Order a Commission:
Your first step is to inquire about a quote. Commissions become available as I say on any of my social media. A quote will always be provided free of charge. Commission slots are granted based on availability and ability to pay down payment. In any quote request, please Include the following:
- Character reference sheet (unshaded preferred)
- Requested commission type
- Specific character request, or what the character will be doing
Any commission that ever falls above $100 will require full payment up front. Anything below requires 50% up front.

Will draw:
All genders, NSFW, any sexual orientation, any body type, anthro/furry
Will not draw:
Most Kink, urine, scat, Gore, Vore, Death, zoophilia, pedophilia, beastiality, feral.
If you are unsure, please ask! It never hurts to figure out if an artist can provide what you are looking for.

Terms of Service:
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are over the age of 18.
The commissioner must be fluent in English to a point in which terms and conditions can be understood and met, as these terms are legally binding.
These terms will and always apply to any art produced by myself, the artist.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Important things:
- Listed form of payment only.
- I will not rush orders to meet deadlines.
- Any and all art produced by me is my own work and is copyrighted.
- Credit must be provided when any work is reposted.
- You, the commissioner, or any other viewer is not permitted to edit, trace, or copy my work. Cropping is permitted.
- The commissioner agrees to not add any of their own watermarks or logos to any work received from the artist.
- The artist reserves the right to decline or cancel commissions for any reason.

Payment:

All payments are done in USD. The commission must be paid in full after the sketch is approved.
Refunds:
I require a minimum 50% payment up front before starting a commission. In the event of something happening that would cause me to be unable to finish a commission after it is started, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded. In the event of a commission being canceled by the commissioner for any reason after the sketch is finished, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded.
In the event that a commission ever falls above $100, full payment is required up front and no refund will be provided unless of an event that would cause me to be unable to finish the commission. In this scenario, 50% - 70% will be refunded depending on what stage the commission is at. This is up to the discretion of the artist.

It is important to note that separate requests will all count as separate commissions, even if it is from the same individual.

Commission Terms:
In order to commission me, you must have a minimum of 1 color image of any and all characters. Absolutely no text descriptions unless I open a slot to create an artistic liberty character, or a single view ref sheet.

Once the commission is approved by me, the artist, the down payment must be provided within 48 hours of the approval. If this is met, the commissioner will be added to a queue. If this is not met and no communication is had by the commissioner, I reserve the right to decline the commission.

After the initial sketch is made, I will send it to the commissioner. Please review it thoroughly and I will make any minor adjustments as needed. Excessive changes will warrant a fee and major changes will be limited. If the commissioner requests a resketch, this will be treated as a sketch commission. Once approved by the commissioner, the payment must be completed in full before finishing the image. Work in progress photos will be provided after the sketch phase as requested by the commissioner.

Any resketches completed that are not paid for will result in being resold or reused for personal use.

After all of this, the final product will be sent to the commissioner VIA whichever form of contact was initially created. I will not make any adjustments to the piece after completing it unless there are missing markings or accessories in order to correct the character. I, the artist, reserve the right to post the work on any of my social media platforms.
Other notes:
I do have fees for extra characters, non-solid or simple backgrounds, complexity, and shaded reference sheets. Additional information is available upon request.

Permissions:
As the artist, I retain all rights to my work unless said otherwise. I retain the right to post my work to any of my listed social media sites. If for any reason you do not wish for your work to be a part of my public galeries, please let me know and I will refrain from this. No rights to an image created by myself will be given. The commissioner does not own the rights to the artist’s work. The artist does not own the rights to the character.

Commissioners are allowed to post their finished commission anywhere so long as it links directly back to any of my social media websites. I must be credited for any public use of the image. No commercial use of an image is permitted, and you may not use the commission to obtain a profit of any sort.
