COMMISSION ToS

RULES
It is the client's responsibility to provide all necessary information. I can't read minds! The client also has the ability to give me artistic freedom wherever they see fit.
I will require written permission from the owners of every participating character unless said person is clearly a significant other, close friend, etc
If you have a deadline for a piece please let me know ahead of time! Otherwise it will be assumed there isn't one. When I say that I don't mean the piece will be done in an unreasonable amount of time, just that it will be done as soon as I am able to get to it (likely 1-2 weeks turnaround)
I will not be responsible for false or incomplete information provided by the client.
I reserve the right to decline any commission/trade without citing a reason, and I reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the client is abusive or uncooperative.
You may NOT alter my artwork in any way or pay someone to do so unless I give permission.

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
All payments are to be in USD, I only use paypal unless the deal was made face to face. I may consider other ideas if they are possible for me and brought up.
I usually take full payment up front. If a project was too large we can discuss a payment process of agreed upon.
If the transaction is cancelled by the client, the client will receive a refund minus the amount for the work already done. Any other options must be heavily discussed, but I'd like to think I'm very manageable.
If I cancel a commission myself for whatever reason minus abuse/uncooperativeness, you will receive a full refund. Abusive/uncooperative clients will receive a refund minus payment for the work done, and will receive what art was finished for them.
Payments must tagged for services, not as a gift. Titles of payments must be neutral, say nothing at all would be more preferred, leave it blank.
I typically demand to send a payment requests to the commissioner myself, rather than they send the payment to me.
Remember, just because the client has paid for my services in doing art for them doesn't mean they don't have to credit me for the piece, get to claim it as their own, etc.


COMMUNICATION
If website notes do not work for the client, please ask for my email.
I would prefer not to talk business over messengers.
Please don't ask for updates on a daily basis! Asking is totally fine, just please refrain from doing so constantly. I'll provide WIP's when it seems viable.
I can stream commissions if requested, however please don't be upset if I'm unable to. It could be hard to get in touch and be on at the same time, especially due to different timezones. I am also not required to do this and can turn down doing so without reason.
I will never hand out my phone number to keep in touch for commissions.

Feral animal adult art. Especially beastiality.
scat, vomiting, snuff, this includes the usage of diapers.
vore, for the most part. I'd be terrible at it.
c*ntboys, d*ckgirls, h*rms, or whatever other slurs you've got to offer, but I do happily draw trans and non-binary.
Inflation, forced or otherwise.
Underage adult. You think this would be a bit obvious.
Incestual acts in general.
Hyper, either generalized or specific, same goes for Micro.

I can try to discuss it with you but, I will MOST LIKELY NOT draw (because I'm really bad at being motivated by)
WINGS (might charge extra for adding wings)
rule 34 characters (pokemon, cartoons, comics), unless the OC is based on a variation of the original (pokesonas, Sonic OC’s, etc)

animalistic gentitals or udders
wayyyy too many bits bobbles and colors on your character. As a personal rule, a character’s limit of colors can be around 6 colors, as long as they are coherent (check color theory for further clarification)
porn of insect/bug characters (though i could draw some cool action toon stuff, bugs are rad)
