I'm tired.
That feels like my entire being at this point, honestly.
But things will get better in time.

It's the end of the year as we know it...

Hey fillies and gentle colts <3
This journal post has been a while in coming... it's going to be a bit long, so please, read all of it.
Commissions
I've fallen rather drastically behind. This is pretty much entirely my fault, and I'm sorry to ALL of you that have been waiting. I took on a few huge projects that took a lot longer then I anticipated... and I've been fighting burning out since November.
That said I've done some AWESOME ( If I might say so) trotters over the last few weeks, though not all have been posted o n FA yet...
Those trotters have all taken an immense amount of effort, and I am so very pleased with them. But they've placed a heavy toll on me and my productivity... As has, I admit, the winter adventure--though that was a whole lot of fun, and I enjoyed making pretty things for every pony.
Anyway, my point is, if you've currently given me money, I WILL complete your commission in the next month or two. Worse case scenario, 3 months. This is because I have some doozies of commissions waiting for me (things like the pouncing pony you can see up there!) and those take a lot of work and effort.
I will also be working on ART TRADES in and around my commissions, as some of you wonderful people have been waiting for far too long.
But all of this leads into my next point....
Vacation
It's almost Christmas! My husband is home for the holidays, it's time to kick back and relax for a few weeks, spend some time eating cookies, and playing xbox with him I'll come back and set in to work again sometime early next year (that is to say, in a week or two)
Trotters
So! all of these things, especially that back log, leads me to a few thoughts... For one..
COMMISSIONS ARE CLOSED!!!!
I will keep commissions closed until I am caught up, or nearly caught up on everything I owe people!
I MAY accept DRAWING commissions, but no more trotting ponies for right now. but until I don't owe people anything!
So, in the mean time...
But I want a trotter!
My dear friend albinomink is in a rough place She left a hard, abusive situation, and traveled across the country to start a new life for herself. She's staying with a friend, looking for (or maybe has! I don't know!) a job, and could REALLY use some extra money so that she can buy things like WARM CLOTHES Mink is a VERY, VERY, sweet pony, and isn't asking for donations, she's taking commissions for trotting ponies. She's very good at them, and puts a lot of care and effort into making them look awesome. Go commission her!
If you need a trotter, go give her your money for right now. She charges less then I do, so you're definetly getting a deal, AND your helping out a very sweet pony in her time of need!
If you're desperate for MY trotters, well, you'll jsut have to wait a while. :3
