NFF Update - Week 4 (Probably more TMI)

I made it! Technically I have 3 hours and 50 minutes left but I don't think my will is gonna break down in that time.
Overall it was an interesting experience. Difficult at times but I think my mood changed for the better so maybe I'll cut back in the future...
All said though, it'll be nice to have the option to get it out of my system again.
