Update for Drako's Playground

Part of the reason for the months long dealy in updating our Monthly Art Contest was that we were monitoring Drako's Playground on Angelfire and Tripod.

We were noticing stability issues with both hosting companies the past several months.

As of last month, Angelfire is having an internal scripting issue that is causing 403 errors on ALL the websites hosted on their servers.
That same scripting issue is preventing users from being able to log in to Tripod at all, but the websites remain live.

That means we cannot access any part of Drako's Playground that was still hosted on Angelfire and cannot update any parts that are hosted on Tripod.

That being said, we submitted a Ticket 2 weeks ago that remains unanswered, which makes us agree with what's being said on the support forums for Lycos:
Lycos has become a Zombie company with NO ONE operating it at all.

That being said, we used the Wayback Machine to MOVE the entirety of Drako's Playground over to x10 prior to today's update.

We will need to do the same to move other sites from Angelfire/Tripod to new hosting, including Drako's Wireless Review.
