Yeah, is time to push that New Year’s journal aside.

Hope you all are doing alright during these interesting times. As for me, still doing the work stuff and commission stuff. There’s also the possibility that my ever growing cast of characters will still grow some more this year, we’ll see what happens.

As for back home, the house I grew up in is about to be for sale. Once both my grandparents were gone, they made it a point for the house to be sold and the profits evenly divided between my Mom and her three sisters, I assume to prevent major squabbles. Really is an end of an era to see the house go, but I think it helped me a little, having moved away some years ago, and it was bound to happen eventually. My Mom and her dog Abby are in good hands for now as she and her fiancé look for permanent housing later this year.

And… in one month on May 12th, I’ll be leaving my early-thirties behind as I enter the mid-thirties, good ol’ 35 years of age. I’m becoming slightly indifferent to how old I’m getting, time marches on, but some still assume I look a lot younger, so there’s that.
