That sinking feeling (G)

I hate losing confidence after getting myself revved up to do something I like, much like how drawing has been for me for the past few days. I'm pretty sure this feeling isn't common, nor do I expect those who can sympathize to understand it less then I do. I feel bad the demand to become better has been stopped by a single walling feeling.
And yet I've been drawing in my sketchbooks consecutively for the past few days. I think I do like punishment.
