hey all, been a minute since ive made an entry here.

recently we’ve fallen upon a tricky situation with our city being victim of a freak snowstorm (5 feet in 24 hours) and i was out of work for 5 days. as you can imagine my paycheck was very little and i’m now trying to pull 40 hours this week to make it all back, but it wont be enough as rent is due this week.

on top of that my partner was illegally terminated from their job (they cut all contact and stopped scheduling them, despite them reaching out numerous times—they havent been formally terminated) and has gone without any income for 2 going on 3 weeks. theyre currently searching for a new job but again, as rent is due this week, they’re stressed & scared considering the lack of income has left them with virtually nothing.

we’re both at a loss of what to do, as we’re trying very hard to find solutions but right now the situation just seems grim. thank you for reading and checking out my art ❤️
