What i will do:
Anthro, Human, Insect, Wings, Clothes, Chibis, Monsters (If i am provided good VISUAL references), , Armor, Feral into Anthro characters, Tasteful or suggestive Nudity. Explicit content.

What i will not do:
Babies/Cubs or very young children or children overall, Older/aging characters aren't preferred. Traditional artwork. Mechanical. Armors.

Note: I Will do MLP Ponies and Sonic characters, However, I also do Anthro/Humanized versions.


Regarding NSFW and Explicit:
I consider anything NSFW, (Not safe for work) to be: any biological gender of genitalia, or heavily suggestive and revealing clothing and posing, is considered NSFW by me.

I consider anything Explicit to be highly sexual content, such as intercourse, penetration, or non-tasteful nudity.

Please feel free to ask for more on what i'd consider NSFW or Explicit.

As noted in additional pricing, I will do NSFW or explicit versions of clean commissions for an additional cost. Please ask me for an estimate on the additional cost when you send in your questions and information prior to paying.


You may also easily "upgrade" a commission later on if you want more for the piece! Please ask about that!



TERMS OF SERVICE AND POLICY:

These policies are here to protect both me AND you, and hopefully settle any dispute that may occur. Please read this carefully.

1. Agreement
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to, and that you are fully aware and understanding, of my policies and rules, If you fail to read and understand them, especially after ordering a commission from me, I am not at fault or responsible.
I retain the right to display or advertise the work I do or design as part of my portfolio or for advertising purposes.

If you do not want your commission to be publicly displayed, please talk to me about it.

You will be able to edit and re-upload the commission or design wherever and however you want after I have been paid and completed the work, as long as I'm credited as the original author. Linking back to one of my profiles or the original source is heavily appreciated and requested.


2. Payment
I take paypal ONLY.
Upfront and full payments in USD only, I will not accept partial payments.

I will NOTE OR PM about your paypal AFTER we've discussed the details of the commission!

I will take up the tax that paypal takes for fees.

Make sure you don't need a shipping address since paypal is awful about that.

3. References
VISUAL REFERENCES PREFFERED, It's often very difficult to transfer something from written to visual form when you're not the original author/creator yourself, and oftentimes I could have a very different vision of something in my head then you do.

I do accept doing written descriptions but keep in mind it may turn out differently then you expect!

If you don't have a visual reference for me to use however, here's something quick and easy you can do that'll do the job!!!

Even if you claim to have absolutely no artistic skill, something is better then nothing!


4. Experimentals, Designs, and "Artist's Freedom"
For Experimental Commissions, Design commissions, or anything that'd be leaving it up to "Artist's Freedom", let me know and we'll talk and figure something out!

I'm completely fine with designing characters or things for you! But keep in mind it may not come out as you expect as I may have a different imagination then you.

Experimental commissions i'm offering as a sort of "wild card" type of commission, where you don't entirely know what you're going to get other then the size of it or if it will NSFW or not, you decide kind of like a stream request. With these experimentals I go to achieve something very emotional, deep and symbolic or out of my comfort zone artistic wise. Be it a different style, odd angles, or just weird colors and effects. So prepare to get asked about some more emotional/deep stuff or about themes!

The quality of a experimental commission will be equivalent to a SFW detailed piece with a simple background at minimum

I also offer "lineless" style commissions as a experimental type, if you wish for more examples please ask me or check out some in my gallery!



5. Wait Time, Updates, and Streaming
The estimated wait time/amount of time it takes for me to finish an image is about 3-14 days, For a Single character with full shading and detailed background.

This wait time is heavily subject to change on the complexity of the image and busyness of real life.

I will send a preview sketch to check if it is alright so far with you, as well as to act as a status update.
HOWEVER, I WILL NOT CHANGE THE IMAGE ONCE THE LINE ART IS STARTED
(Unless it's a minor detail, which is up to my discretion)

This is why i send preview sketches ahead of time to double check with you, don't try and pull "the customer is always right" card or decide you want a whole do-over after lineart and then complain to me about it. That will get you blacklisted from me in the future.
Asking for different poses/sketches BEFORE lineart is totally fine though if its not satisfactory! Just dont be asking for a ton since that is more work!

The more detail or characters, the longer it will take, please be patient with me.

I will start work once I get upfront payment.

If you want a status update, just ask me politely (and not spam me) and I'll let you know where I'm at if I don't already update you!

I try and maintain constant contact with my customers to keep them updated!


6. Refunds
Refunds are ONLY available if asked for POLITELY prior to completion of the finished piece. But if the piece is completed, no refunds.

If you decide to want a refund in the middle of the commission or I decide to cancel your commission, I will only refund you up to half or less than the original commission depending how far along the piece is.

The only exception to this rule is if I feel I cannot complete the commission for whatever reason that I feel is justified.

Legal such as stolen characters, heavy copyrights, or illegal subject matter. Personal reasons such as inability to complete the work, cancellation for real life issues and emergencies, or outright canceling out a extremely rude customer. (See 7. Denial of Service)

I will refund what I believe is fair depending on how much work I have done for the image already. It is possible there will be no refund at all depending upon the situation.


7. Denial of Service
I have the right to deny somebody service or blacklist them if I feel it's absolutely necessary at any point. This includes canceling the commission for either legal, personal reasons, or you being blacklisted from my work for whatever reason. (See 6. Refunds in the event you are blacklisted and have ordered a commission for me and already paid for it.)



8. Updates on ToS/Policy
I will notify current (payed or potential) commissioners of any updates I make to my Terms of Service and Policies when they happen and are significant enough that I feel I need to let people know.
