If you think this has come out of nowhere, then I'm sorry but you haven't been paying attention. There's been steady pressure to restrict or outlaw ALL kinds of NSFW content, using a pincer attack via payment processors (nobody can get paid for making it) and via legal means (you have to jump through hoops and identify yourself to access it).

You don't have to like the other stuff that has already been banned or restricted in most places... the incest stuff, ageplay or outright cub content, whatever. But if you don't support peoples' right to make and consume them then the stuff you *do* think is acceptable is going to be next on the chopping block, because the people pushing for these changes don't care about where you draw the line and lump us all together and they just want *all* of our furry stuff (SFW included!) banned; they're just going for the easy targets first.
