I was hanging out on DA's complaint forum (because I love the drama and lulz), when I stumbled across a thread about a dog who'd had a firecracker stuck in his mouth, his muzzle taped shut and face blown off when the firecracker went off. I was horrified and outraged. Didn't help that I'm rather emotional at the moment from coming up on my monthly. I was infuriated enough to Google more about the dog.

Apparently it was several drunk Bosnian youth (from the sounds, males) who did it. The dog then suffered for FIVE DAYS before authorities found it and brought it to the vet for reconstructive surgery. Sadly, it was determined that the surgery would not help and the dog, Vucko (Vucco) was humanely euthanized.

I've signed the petition and hopefully others who are animal lovers will do so. These youth need to be brought to justice. I truly fear for any small children, younger siblings or classmates of these youth. Psychopathic and sociopathic behavior begins like this. They must be stopped before others suffer.
