Quotes are free

Payment:We require a 30% down payment for all large projects such as furry vests,complex phats or furry phats. This pays for supplies and must be paid in order for me to begin. Smaller projects, like regular phats,tails,skirts,leg warmers and backpacks must be paid in full.

ALL DOWNPAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!

I do accept payment plans on large orders.

If the order is cancelled all but a 30% downpayment will be refunded if supplies have already been bought.

If you'd like to secure a pants slot in person and you don't have the full amount a 30% down payment is required and your project will not be started untill the rest is paid.

I only accept:PayPalUSPS Money OrdersCash in person sales only. No Checks ever.If you do choose to use the money order please let me know so we can make arrangements.

Shipping is paid by the commissioner.

If you do not finish paying within the agreed upon days we assume the agreement is cancelled and all items will be sold, NO REFUNDS.

Warranties:

I offer a 90 day warranty if anything happens to a clothing item that needs repair. This will be free of charge within the 90 days.

Void if:

Item has been improperly treated or You have altered the item in anyway.

Dirty or smelly, as if it hasn't been cleaned before returning to us.

Uncooperative customer, if you can't be pleased or your irate I stand by my right to refuse my services further.

I do not offer returns at this time.

Cancelling/Altering

Once the project is started I will not make any changes to the design, supplies have already been bought. If the customer is found uncooperative, we fall ill, or another reason we cannot finish the project we will offer a refund in the most appropriate way or situation.

The commissioner may cancel at anytime, everything but the down payment (unless supplies aren't bought) will be refunded. We reserve the right on all unfinished or cancelled projects to be sold, finished or altered in any way we choose.

A reference sheet or description is needed for all projects. Any features that aren't described will be over looked, we are not held accountable.

We reserve the right to say what is possible with a project and what is not. We will suggest the closest possible alternative.

We reserve the right to refuse your commission.
