The humane society is so tire of euthanizing feral cats there\'s quite a few colonies in the cities if people catch them they\'ll fix them and let them be released back out.

Ooo ok, I know a lady who does that, she talked the local shelter into actually paying them to get them fixed if she caught them and brought them in and then she releases them and takes care of them.
