Today I Had free time to get in extra time at the Gym. I got the usual hour in at 6 and was able to get another hour in after Lunch so I got a really good burn today. Work was slow so I basically had the time to myself to go upstairs and use the bench press and a few machines to push harder than the morning training and listen to music. When I was done everyone was still kind of hanging out, which is good because it means nothings broken atm or in need of adjustment.

I also got the last of my finacial paperwork tha I've been trying to get turned in done and sent out! Been stressing this one since february so its a big deal. Granted, I still need to wait for approval but just having it pending makes me feel like I'm getting more done than just being stuck in the mud. I appreciate all my co-workers at the office have done to help me through the process. Fingers crossed but im fairly comfident that it going to be accepted.

I brought a bag of candy to work for my co-worker who always leaves a bowl out with candy in it. I don't take much from the dish myself but I appreciate what she does for workplace morale by putting of decorations and candy for everyone. I wanted to contribute to what I feel is a healthy work environment and take part in the financial burden!

These are three positives from my day that I figured I'd write down for late, leaving a record on my battle against the negative bias and reenforcing the positive moments!
