2025 has been my first year doing commissions and having art as a primary source of income, with the job market being as difficult as it is lately. It hasn't been easy, but we made it, and I owe that to everyone who's followed me over the last year, or helped spread my art - it's been a lovely experience watching my follower count rise substantially over the last year and to feel like I'm genuinely improving in my art as well. While I've still got a long way to go it's helped to know so many people have enjoyed what I've already done!

Things have slowed down a little bit lately because I'm preparing for a big move in the latter half of the month to a new city, and that sort of stress makes it hard for me to sit down and focus on drawing. That said I've still got a few things to do, and a few things I've gotten done and just haven't gotten around to uploading yet. Things should be less stressful in the new year, though, and I hope that I can continue to put out more consistent work and create things that even more people can enjoy.

Commissions are closed 'til sometime in January, but that's what most of my journals are about and I need something else to show on my page, so... enjoy this sappy message and happy holidays!
