Looking for a custom feral dinosaur reference sheet!

Hi! As the title suggestions, I am looking for an artist to create a custom feral allosaurus reference sheet for me.
I will be using photos and my own drawings to help guide the process. I just really suck at coloring.
Must haves to keep in mind:
- experience in drawing feral dinosaurs. Not looking for anthro ones, sorry!
- examples of your previous work of dinosaurs.
- able to draw a saddle and an altered head bridle/reins.
- no NSFW for this.
- steady communication.
- decent deadline of 1 to 2 months.
- budget is $150 USD but willing to pay more depending on the quality.
This journal will be kept up until I find an artist to work with me!
