Tips/Tutorials on inking and coloring digitally...

Hey just as the title says, I have a backlog of work to finish and sketches that need inking and coloring, however instead of doing these traditionally does anyone have some good steps/processes for inking and coloring within Photoshop, using a tablet that makes good looking line work? Especially line work from sketches? If you could cite tutorials or other info, would greatly appreciate it.
