After posting that journal I was ostracized from multiple furry communities including furry artist Discord servers. Many people blocked me, I have been insulted and witch hunted. Until now I chalked that up to the consequences of my actions. But that ends now.

On February 12th I received this DM from a mutual friend. They sent it on behalf of my ex who had been leading these witch hunts.

In this DM I am being extorted for $7.5k USD, at least. Note how she says “plus some”. There are a few things I would like to point out here.

One, I already gave her money when she left. In fact, over the course of our less than a year long relationship I gave her over $20k, including $3k at the very end for her to fly home with and to help with whatever she would need once there. During our relationship she would ask me for money constantly, including $1.5k for a “dental procedure” that she never got, instead spending the money on commissions.

Two, she does not need $10k to ship her things back. I have seen all of her stuff. It is not a lot of stuff, if you bought all of it right now brand new the total would be less than $2k. There were unique items, like picture books, but it does not cost $10k to ship all of that back.

Three, she raised the goal before sending it to me, then lowered it again as showed here. The goal history doesn't show the $10k because she changed the goal multiple times in one day but immediately prior to sending me the GoFundMe she raised it to $10k hoping I would bite.

Four, I did not kick her out and force her back to Australia. She is lying and I'm tired of pretending that she isn't lying. I also did not force her to come here to begin with. It was a mutual decision that we both rushed, we both ignored a million warning signs. And after we broke up I gave her many, many options. I told her she could stay here for as long as she needed, forever even. I told her I would support her and she knew that. I was putting a bedroom together for her and doing everything I could to make her comfortable. She made the decision to leave immediately and I supported that too. I emptied my savings account and gave it all to her. Now she's breaking over a year long silence to extort money from me.

She is lying, and she is being manipulative. Not just towards me but towards the furry community as a whole. She is lying about her situation and playing the victim to steal money from everyone she can. She is using this money to purchase commissions. She has always done this, she just thinks she found a golden ticket with me, and I will not let it continue any further.

She has lied about her entire situation with me. She is claiming that I forced her to sell her character, which I did not. She is the one brought it up to begin with, I told her not to, she shopped her character around anyway. I did tell her that if she really wanted to then I would support that decision because it would help with the move, but I never forced her to do anything. It was her idea. She is lying and saying I brought it up and that I manipulated her into doing it.

She also paints herself as a blameless victim throughout. That I manipulated her into coming here, that I then kicked her out of my house. None of that is true. It was a mutual decision. We both had moments where we decided it was not a good idea and we both talked each other back into doing it. And once she was here it was 100% her decision to go back when she did. I always gave her options. Always.

I am not saying I did not make mistakes throughout our relationship. I did, and I am sorry for that, I am sorry to her, and I take responsibility for those decisions and own them and I am working on myself and being a better person. But I am not nearly as bad as she makes me out to be. Her screenshots are completely and entirely out of context and she is embellishing most things and completely lying about other things. Speaking with mutual friends I have proven this many times.

She just wants money for commissions. That is the truth of it. She has a history of asking for money from the community, you can go back and find it, especially on her own Discord server. She uses this money to buy art. She gets a stable disability income from her government which is enough to live on but it's not enough for her desired standard of living which is why she does this. She is manipulating everyone, myself included, to feel bad for her, to see her as a victim, and to give her their money.

I am done being harassed and hunted. I am done being ostracized for mistakes I did not make. There are plenty of mistakes that I did make, no one needs to make more up and add to it. I will no longer be meek about this situation. I will speak the truth, and this is the truth.
