Welcome to 2022!

I bet you're wondering what I'm doing here. Writing a journal, with a paraphrased meme to start it. I wanted to give an update of where I've been, why I haven't posted a story in 2 years. So we'll start with the heavier stuff, then end with the happier things.

The last couple of years, 2021 especially, I've had a massive lack of motivation. I'd start some sort of story, project, ect. And then I'd lose motivation, even start second guessing if it was a good idea. For the longest time I couldn't place what was causing it. But about 4 months or so I had a realization, I haven't been enjoying my job. I go into work, do my job, and leave. Half the time, I feel alone in my department, and even the office. So I think the fact that this thing I got a degree for, that I had enthusiasm for, I don't enjoy it any more. Or so I thought.

Jump to 3 weeks ago,  CarterArts  Trey Spyre  Luca and I were able to get together and did a photoshoot. It was a blast, and it's the first project I've worked on in a long time that I was passionate about. I had fun, I looked forward to messing with the pictures. I should be posting some of those pictures here soon, some of the extras I liked that they haven't posted. After that, I could feel the creative juices starting to flow. I've actually had some story ideas mulling around I've been planning on writing.

The year has had another good thing. I've started getting more consistent over on my twitch channel. Even got affiliate a few months back, and I've been having a blast streaming games. Even went and did something I've always wanted to do, a charity stream. Something I plan on doing more of this year.

Though I'll stop rambling now, I want to do better with posting things. I want to actually write more, maybe I'll find a writing group promt that piques my interest. I also hope to do more photography this year, because that was a lot of fun, as well as doing more over on Twitch, because that's been a lot of fun to hang out with people in chat.
