Hi everyone!
Iāve been informed again about a scammer on Discord whoās impersonating various artists ā including me!
Hereās what they do:
They contact someone who participated in an art auction but didnāt place the final bid. Then they claim that the actual winner refused to pay and offer the piece to that person instead. In the end, the scammer takes the money and disappears.
Please note: if you didnāt win the auction, wait until the artist contacts you through their official social media page before moving the conversation to Discord!
Iām truly sorry if anyone has encountered this situation. Please be careful!
