1. Commission Process
- Commissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Payment for commissions is accepted exclusively via PayPal invoices.
- A 50% payment is required up-front before work on the commission begins.
- The remaining payment is to be made after the final sketch is completed.
- Commissions are subject to up to 3-month waiting period as I do not work on deadlines.
- The customer is entitled to choose between 3 concept sketches provided before I proceed with refining the linework.
- Any fixes to mistakes or oversights on my part are free of charge.
- Please provide image references for your commission.
- I reserve the right to reject any commission requests.
- Work-in-progress (WIP) screenshots will be occasionally provided to the commissioner for updates and feedback.
- If no response is given within 2 days of WIP delivery, the commission will be continued as is.

2. Copyright
- I retain all copyrights to any images you receive from me pertaining to your commission, including any finished or unfinished works in progress (WIPs), designs, drafts, sketches, etc.
- You are not permitted to complete your commission through another artist or AI filter/processing.
- You are not allowed to use, edit, or deface your commission for purposes such as hate speech, defamation, propaganda, etc.
- No private commissions are accepted. I reserve the right to display and share your commission in any manner. If you wish to remain uncredited, please inform me in advance.
- You assume all risks regarding how your commission is used and shared. I am not liable for any harassment, personal damage, loss, or theft of your commission or character design.
- I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in any profit or non-profit manner.
- You may use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., making prints), but not for commercial use (e.g., selling prints).
- When reposting on social media, please provide proper credit.

3. Delivery
- Upon receiving full payment and completion of the artwork, you will receive your commission in its full resolution .png format, along with a lower resolution version with a watermark for web upload.
- Once the finished artwork has been approved and no further changes are needed, the commission will be marked as completed and delivered.
- Delivery will be made through the current contact method being used.

4. Refunds
- A full refund may only be issued if I cancel the commission or are at fault for failing to meet the agreed deadline.
- I am not obligated to cover any transaction fees lost during the refund process.
- Customers are eligible for a refund until work on the commission has begun. After that point, they may choose to refuse further payment.
