I love pretty much all kinds of rock, although the type I choose depends on my mood.

I'm addicted to writing and sketching ^-^. Honestly, though, I'm rarely comfortable without pen and paper. I write songs (and sing them decently), poems, fiction, comedy sketches, and the occasional non-fiction stories or essays. I'm a really good writer. I've also been known to randomly turn out some fantastic sketches and comics.

I used to be obsessed with digital photography, but I burned out a bit on it. Still, I'm really good at that when I find a reason to take out my camera (a Nikon D80).

I have my own place and love it.

I have a strong sense of curiosity, but that doesn’t mean I won’t respect your privacy. I am a very compassionate person, but I won’t put up with consistent negativity. I prefer to be around people who respect themselves and me. It makes it easier all around.

I love making people laugh, maybe because I didn’t have much reason to when I was younger. And I’m a big fan of kindly-intended sarcasm. The style of humor I prefer using is sarcasm, dry, witty humor, and the occasional super-cheesy phrase. I can appreciate other types of humor (read: gutter humor) but I don’t use it myself.

Oh, and I’m a chronic travel junkie. I love traveling and feel at home most places, even ones where a lot of people don’t speak English.

I've got two cats I love dearly. One's a huge black male kitten (18 months) who's an attention whore, and the other's a big gray female furball (about 2 and a half years old) and has the sweetest heart in the world.

I am eccentric and sometimes cheeky, but also very loving and often-times too trusting.

If you are my friend, I stick with you come hell or high water. If I love you, that love will never quite disappear.

I am passionate, sometimes impulsive, brilliant, and blunt, yet I don't confront people easily on the hard stuff, and usually put it off until I'm about to explode.

I underestimate myself and am rather modest unless I'm really proud of something.

I will talk if you will listen and listen if you will talk, although the first is harder when I don't know you.

I can get quite angry but the furthest I ever go to act upon it is raising my voice.
