Krystal’s Catastrophe
Terms of Service

♥ Commissioned work is exclusively reserved for personal use. Commercial use rights can be purchased at the start of a commission or after the fact. Contact Krystal’s Catastrophe for more information on purchasing commercial use rights.

♥ I, the artist, have the right to my own artwork; this includes uploading the work on any of my socials as well as adding it as part of my portfolio. I will only ever post watermarked versions. I reserve the right to include my works in artbooks, prints, and any other form of publication unless I am informed beforehand not to.

♥ Do NOT trace, edit, render, or remove watermarks or any identifying markers on any of the artwork. This includes clients as well as other artists.

♥ Full rights does NOT grant the client permission to claim my artwork as their own.

♥ The client must credit me (@CataKrystal) as the artist wherever my work is posted.

♥ My work is NOT to be used for any NFT (Non-Fungible Token) related reasons.

♥ Priority list for commission will be by first come first served, unless a priority fee has been paid.

♥ Payment must be paid 100% beforehand or after a sketch is shown. I reserve the right to use sketches not paid for in other projects, personal or commissioned. Payment plans may be an option, but must be discussed with Krystal’s Catastrophe beforehand.

♥ Do NOT rush the artist (unless a priority fee has been purchased). Though my turnaround time is usually very short, some pieces may take longer to complete.

♥ You have the right to message me checking up on your commission once a week. I will usually provide plenty of updates throughout the process of working on commissions, but if I fail to communicate within a week, feel free to check up on the piece.

♥ Clients will receive 3 free revisions during the sketching process and 1 during the coloring process. Any additional revisions will add a fee of $5 per revision.

♥ NO refunds will be issued on a finished piece. All payments are final. Refunds will only be considered under the circumstance that I have failed to complete the commission.

♥ I reserve the right to refuse service to any client.

♥ By commissioning Krystal’s Catastrophe you are agreeing to have read and agreed to all Terms of Service stated within this document.
