My name is Gavin, but I go by Kwar or Hammer here.

I am currently freelance writing, attempting to make ends meet! It isn't easy to manage financially on sparing commissions and outsider work but I'm scraping by. Most recently I have been writing reviews for websites, doing the occasional FA piece and began writing for a new up and coming website known as Pixelatedgamers, a collaborative site based around two of my friends simply wishing to get their opinions and thoughts out there and shared with the masses. Comicon, gaming related news and down the line I'll be writing technology related reviews as well as a PC gaming column quite
soon.

I am also working collaboratively with a friend of mine whom I've known for around six years on a pen and paper roleplaying game, chocked full with a brand new and original series of rules, an original product not using the base sets from any existing products. I am writing the creative pieces, world and species designs and the inventory as well as the bestiary and have been doing so for close to eighteen months. If you ever see me mention the "Protectorate Universe" that'll be what I'm waffling about!
