— Most NSFW (suggestive might be ok)
——— Let me know what it is you are asking for at the beginning of the commission process
— Heavy gore (ex) exposed organs, amputated limbs)
— Humans
— Realistic artworks of animals such as dogs, cats, wolves, etc...

Basic Terms of Service (TOS) 📜
— As the creator of the artworks, all of the following terms of service (TOS) written by me, Luis Cruz, are susceptible to change without notice. (last updated May 31st)
— Must be 18+ to commission from me or with parent approval.
— Venmo and Paypal are acceptable payment methods but I ask for Venmo payments if possible.
— The rights to all original characters created and sold by me will also be sold upon the purchase of an adoptable or the commission of a custom character unless stated otherwise BUT I ask to be credited as the ORIGINAL CREATOR of said character when uploading other media such as art, suits, photos, etc out of them for one's own profit.
— You are not allowed to use nor resell artworks or characters for profit of which you don’t own the full rights to.
— You are not allowed to remove, crop, nor block my signature and/or watermark from the custom artwork.
— You can use and upload artworks and characters for non-commercial purposes any time you’d like, as long as you credit me, KyroKreations, as the original designer and creator of the artwork(s).
— I require at least 50% upfront payment upon the start of a final commission (after sketch phase)
— Refunds are not given for finalized or almost completed artworks.
