I was shocked to hear about Dragoneer's passing this week. I didn't know him well but I did count him among my wider circle of friends. May his loved ones find peace, and may his memory soon bring more joy than sorrow to those he leaves behind.

However you feel about him, it is my sincere hope that everyone respects the privacy of his family and friends. I'm sure their grief is at its sharpest right now, and there are a lot of complicated legal logistics following a person's death (paperwork, arrangements, costs, and so on) that everyone has to handle in addition to that grief.

I know a lot of folks are probably wondering what's going to happen to FA. I have NO idea. Time will tell. I hope it carries on for many more years to come.

For the love of everything under the moon and stars, please DO NOT pressure Sciggles for answers or information right now!

Sciggles is impacted by the shock and grief as much as the rest of us, and they deserve space, privacy, support, and respect. Please look to FA's announcements for information and give the staff time to figure things out. They're probably just as shocked as the rest of us, and dealing with everything now is challenging enough, I'm sure. I know it's difficult and there's a lot of anxiety, but please be patient. Take a deep breath, take care of yourself, and take care of each other.
