• All prices are in USD ($).
• Payment is done only via Paypal via paypal.me./sketchingfox link or by invoice with a provided email to send it to .
• Client pays before work begins, however installment is available upon request if its $200 or more.
REFUNDS
• You have 48 hours to cancel a commission, once the window passes, there's no guarantee I can refund your money without time to find a replacement. I pay bills with income from art. :T
• Once decently into the commission process, I cannot give refunds unless under specific instances when mutually we feel its best to do so.
• If you absolutely NEED the money back for a serious financial reason, talk to me. I will try to find a replacement asap to take your spot in the queue.
REFINEMENTS
• Client - Person who is watching, downloading, editing, sharing buying, purchasing or commissioning art.
• Artist - Person who is selling, creating or drawing art.
• Commission - Art created by Artist.
• Commissioner - Person who owns rights for the purchased commission.
CLIENTS
• Please don't alter or remove artist's signature on commissions.
• Please don't claim my work as your own, that's not cool. :/
• I'd prefer you ask before sharing WIPS online publicly. Private DMs ofc are fine .
• Feel free to trace commissions for practice as long as I'm properly credited as original artist. :3
• Not allowed to use commissions for commercial use without artist's explicit permission.
• Re-tweets and re-blogging are very welcome to support artist.
• Customer retains right to re-post or re-upload commissions with credit to me.
• Commissioner is allowed to alter commissions with changes/edits/features with my permission, with EXCEPTION to adding nsfw parts to art sold to those under 18 under any circumstance.
• Has full rights to print commission art for personal use.
ARTIST
• Has full rights to refund any kind of commission at any time for any reason.
• Has full rights to publish any commission on any website unless agreed upon by customer to keep private.
• Has full rights to refuse publishing commissions.
• Has full rights to edit or change Terms of Service at any time for any reason.
• Commissions are meant to explore a character not to straight up copy a ref. I try to make each commission unique but I have limits on how far I will stray from my style.
• I can draw a variety of body types but please do not be overly specific about proportions or shape of the characters body.
FILE MANAGEMENT
• I do not save every original Procreate file, please ask if you'd like these before hand.
• It's my responsibility to save Procreate files during wips. If I lose the file for any reason, Client will get a new fresh copy. I got you. :3
• If You want any high res wips please specify, Wips are typically quick saves not high res for file reasons.
• Files are distributed via Google Drive in 4K.
• I have the right to post and not post any art I make onto my FA, Twitter or any other social media I sell art with.
• If you lose the original file, ask me. I keep back ups of all work in several locations.
COMMISSION EDITS
• Client has full rights to ask for his commissioned art to be edited/fixed within reason before sketch is approved and also minor edits after piece is complete.
• Try to supply all refs and info when purchasing. If you need time to think, that's fine. Just get the info to me soon as you can.
• Free edits can be declined by artist if client failed to include specific references before artist started the commission unless edits are minor.
• For further edits/fixes client might will need to pay extra depending on how big of a change is needed.
THINGS I DRAW
• SFW.
• Backgrounds both city urban and natural outdoors.
• Surreal content, or experimental colors, shapes, and style
• Realistic Animals .
• Not preferred but can do humans
• Suggestive Content, PG-13.
• Artistic Nudity or Underwear.
• Fanart.
• Anthro and Feral.
• Mechanical characters and cyborgs.
• Aesthetic/symbolic/artistic Gore or violent content from a story (Not sexual) .
• NSFW or Explicit: Please go to my alt furaffinity.net/user/RubyOnIce . More details there on allowed content. : )
THINGS I WONT DRAW
• Hard Vore.
• Gore.
• Scat.
• Baby / Young Furs in sexual situations. SFW art of very young characters is accepted as case by case basis.
• Political Topics or Highly Controversial stuff (Except for any LGBT themes ofc :3 )
• Use of Religious symbols or ideas that are "parody" or "insulting" to their practices. Religious stuff is case by case basis, just ask.
• Extreme Hyper, inflation, or extremely overweight characters.
• Any kind of force feed fetish. Food fetishes are ok as case by case basis.
*** • Nothing remotely suggestive allowed for those under 18. Strictly G rated art is only allowed for 17 and under. ***
