Hey after a a long time

Hey to anyone who sees this along has happend since my last post I went up in weight to 409 but I am back on it and am now 365 and loading fast plus my pastors sun and weight training me so that's building up muscle I'm feeling a million percent better I am also hoping to join a wing chun school but or then likely
I'll be joining a tae kown do or Krav Maga classes as I'm back into my love for the martial arts hope to keep
