Hotkeys UserScript

/user
- W Watch the currently viewed user page

/msg/submissions or /msg/others (new submissions / journals)
- A Global select all items
- D Removes selected items

/view or /full (submission page)
- F Favorite / Unfavorite
- D Download
- C Next submisison ("<< Newer")
- V Previous submission ("Older >>")

* These hotkeys are not guaranteed to work on other themes than Modern+Retro. C/V hotkeys don't work because the buttons they relied on don't exist anymore on the page (might be useable on comics in a future time).
