Lex was once a pokemon with a trainer but after being abandoned, so he believes, he generated a hatered for trainers and he joins up with Team Rocket who help him learn a greater control over his secondary element. He's now an effective agent within Team Rocket, using his abilities to aid him in his missions to steal what is needed or to help other team mates.
