* I hold the right to refuse a commission or customer, for whatever reason I see fit, though it is usually due to their sona being too complicated for my skill level.

* My ETA varies between a few days, a week, or a month. I usually tell you when you commission me roughly how long it will be. Feel free to ask me for an update on ETA, but please be patient!

* I will NOT refund you unless: It has been an overly long period of time (two months) OR I am unable to do your art piece.

* I will NOT be responsible for any mistakes due to you giving me incorrect information/out of date reference sheet. So please be sure to tell me everything I need to know when you commission me!

* I WILL correct mistakes that are MY fault!

* If you want edits because you change something about your fursona and didn't tell me, I will charge $1-$5 depends on the complexity of the changes.

* My gallery is full of examples of my quality of work, please do not expect anything more than I can do!
