Things you must know before commissioning me

USAGE AND POSTING RIGHTS:
You may not have edits from other artists done to the work you commission from me.
I retain the right to upload drawings you get from me wherever I so choose, unless you wish for the drawings to remain private.
If you wish to upload your commissioned art to your own page(s), do let me know so I can give you a reduced resolution copy of the file (the same file I'll upload publicly).
If you wish to use your commissioned work for monetary or commercial purposes, a price increase of 100% will be added (So the final price would be double).

You can not use work commissioned from me as AI training data nor shall you use AI programs to add to or modify any works made by me.

Gray Areas:
My OCs - I might be particular about commissions featuring my own characters, but don't be afraid to ask about it if you want to use them.
Humans - I'm not confident drawing human faces, so I don't want them as the focus, having them as side characters is fine though. Extremely stylized humans will probably be fine, but it depends.
Feral - Can ONLY be fictional creatures (dragons, aliens, etc.) Any real sort of creatures will have to be made anthro.
Blood/Gore - No torture porn. Non-sexual violence is fine. Sexual scenes featuring gory character designs can be fine, but it's for me to decide.

I'll most likely reject commissions from users strongly associated with extreme fetishes, even if the commission doesn't feature said fetishes. (So like if 90% of what you commission from others is loli scat porn, I'll just tell you to fuck off, lol.) Same goes for commissions featuring characters associated with extreme fetishes.

If there is a fetish or theme you're unsure about, feel free to ask me about it.

For commissions featuring characters other than your own, you must have explicit permission from the owner(s) of those characters. (obviously excluding characters from TV shows, games, etc.)

PAYMENT:
Payment will be done though PayPal. (I use US dollars, so be aware of currency conversion rates.) Payment will be done after I finish the first rough sketch.. Art will be given to you in the form of a high resolution PNG file. Project files will be provided upon request.

CONCLUSION:
By commissioning me, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept all of the terms listed in this journal.
