Terms:
-Half payment up front, other half is due after the sketch is completed and you have approved said sketch.
-No commercial use. You can print it out for yourself or a friend but you can't use my art to make money. We'll need to negotiate a commercial license for the work which is dependent on your use case.
-You can use the art for your icon, banners, etc. so long as you credit me. However understand that I have the right to ask you to stop; I don't want my artwork serving as an icon for someone who's become a Nazi or something.
-Tips are welcome and hugely appreciated, but not required.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission requests, but will not draw genitalia, erotica, some types of fetish art, extreme gore, or hate art. NSFW is fine, I don't have a problem with nudity.
-I also reserve the right to decline a commissioner for any reason. This is for my own safety.
