As you have probably seen by my submissions, I am an aspiring chef. All of you get to be my wonderful guinea pigs as I perfect old and find new recipes, skills, anything really!

If there is any one thing in this world that gets me going, that passes the time away like hours into seconds, it is cooking. Only thing is... I don't eat what I cook! My true passion lies in cooking for others and getting a simple "thank you, that was delicious". Every time I hear this, my passion rekindles, and we move onto the next plate, onto the next plate, onto the next plate, onto the next plate........

Never been to school for this, never plan to. Everything I do is self taught and a work in progress!
