TOS

- You (the buyer/owner of the design) agree to the tos when you pay for the adopt regardless to if you have read it.
- You (the buyer/owner of the design) may not Sell/Trade/Give Away any adoptable you buy from me without noted permission from this account.
- If permission is given you may only sell the character for the price you bought them + the price of art you PAYED for. If it has art you drew, or obtained by trade it CAN NOT add to the price of the character, you can ask for art in return for those pieces though.
- There are no Refunds for any reason.
- If permission is given to you (the buyer/owner of the design) (the buyer/owner of the design) to sell/trade/give away the design make sure the new owner knows the rules and have them comment or note me saying they are the new owner.

All designs belong to me until sold. You may not use them in anyway unless you have payed for them .
