1) I don't take commissions from minors (you must be 18 and over)
2) I accept paypal, square invoice or interact etransfer (*if canadian*) as payments
3) Art is usually finished within 2-4 weeks but may take longer, I don't issue refunds for impatience ಥ‿ಥ
4) You are allowed 2 major edits (pose, adding details) during the sketching stage, and 2 minor edits after the piece is lined/coloured (changing colors, adding minor details). Anything beyond this will need additional payment
5) You may not edit/alter the image I make for you in any way (an instagram/snapchat filter isn't considered an edit).
6) you may NEVER claim my art as your own.
7) unless discussed before the piece was created you may NOT use my artwork on merchandise used for financial gain. (you may use it as profile images, to share on your social media WITH CREDIT, on a business card/promotional material that is not sold *WITH MY SIGNATURE VISIBLE*)
8) I will draw NSFW material (never seen in stream, my stream is family friendly) but I require proof of age before the commission process begins.
9) Payment is up front, I will not start a commission without full payment confirmed.
10) I DO NOT issue refunds due to "upcoming bills/suddenly needing money". Please make sure you can afford your commission with consideration of your financial situation before contacting me.

anything remotely near p*do/zoo content.

ಠ⌣ಠ If at any point I am made uncomfortable I will issue a full refund and/or refuse the commission. If needed I will block people if things become escalated but I have never had to do any of the above yet so lets keep it that way (ᵔ.ᵔ)
