Because I feel like I've run out. No one will care or anything
I can understand that... I don't blame any of you for hating me or anything.

All my issues with my migraines, my health and just trying to get better because I have a horrible amount of cysts that keep rupturing.
I'm in so much pain it's ridiculous. I contemplated killing myself over it. Just to make it stop.
I've been in and out of the doctor, urgent care, ER. You name it.
They load you up with meds and tell you to go home.
Finally last night I went in again. I screamed and cried.
They referred me to a Gyno to talk about removal.
But I have to wait till Monday.. Wtf.

I can't miss any more work...
I have paperwork n stuff if no one believes me.
I could lose everything.

I have no one to run to.
I'm in so much pain...
